Please arrive no more than 5 mins before your appointment start time and have your client form and waiver competed. If there is a client in a session, kindly wait in the waiting bay (on the pavers) in your car to give them some privacy and we’ll come bring you in at the change over.

Please park in our waiting bay on the paved verge out the front of 3 Mundford Street North Beach. Do not park in front of our neighbour’s house or across the street. Ring the doorbell at the front gate and we’ll welcome you and ask you to park inside our carport.

2 x large towels (we are an eco-friendly biz) – 1 to sit on whilst in the sauna & a spare for the ice bath/ outdoor shower.

Large water bottle to stay hydrated whilst you Sweat & Chill

Whatever you feel comfortable in – bikinis/ budgies/ crop or singlet & shorts just not nudie!

Unfortunately as we are a home business, we are limited to a max of 2 people per session

• Yes! We only offer private sessions. You have the option to sweat & chill solo or bring a friend.

• No, we have a semi enclosed shower where you can get changed and a storage box to put your belongings in.
